As we approach a near normal season, here is a list of important dates.

Important Dates:

  • Soo Black Sox Tryouts (9U-18U) - March 21-Apr 3, 2022
  • 2022 Registration Deadline - April 1, 2022 11:59pm (Still accepting registrations after Apr 1)
  • Evaluations Week (J9U-18+) - May 9-13, 2022 
  • Draft Week (J9U-18+) - May 9-13, 2022 
  • Practice Weeks (J9U-18+) - May 16-27, 2022
  • Season Opener (J9U-18+) - May 30, 2022
  • Season Opener (Junior T-Ball-T-Ball) - June 6, 2022 
  • Mid-Season Tournament (9U & 13U) - June 24-26, 2022
  • Mid-Season Tournament (11U & 16U) - July 8-10, 2022
  • End of Regular Season (J9U-18+) - August 4, 2022
  • End of Season (JTB-TB) - August 4, 2022
  • Make-Up Week (J9U-18+) - August 8-12, 2022
  • Playoffs (J9U-18+) - August 15-21, 2022
  • End of Year Fun Nights (JTB-9U) - August - Date TBD
  • Banquet (11U-16U) - TBD
  • Fall Baseball (16U-18U) - Sept/Oct 2022
  • Sault College Cougars Season - Sept 10-Oct 31, 2022
