Black Sox Night
In an effort to kick off the season, we are inviting all participants of the Black Sox program to the Sault Activity Centre (130 Wellington St. E) on Wed April 6. The Sox organization has the gym booked from 8-10pm. However, we'd ask that you arrive any time between 9-10pm (unless not possible) to avoid too much congestion and allow the younger kids to get out earlier. It will give us an opportunity to put faces to names, collect information, size for hats and jersey and take player photos. We're having some supplier issue with the pants that I'll explain more about later.
There will be a player collection form to fill out.
If you are a returning player, please bring your Sox ball hat and orange jersey for the photos. If you are not a returning player, I'd ask you to bring a copy of your birth certificate.
As a 15u group I'd like to meet for a quick chat between 9:45-10p in the upper bleachers if you are available. At that time I will be able to give you a snapshot of where we're at with the year and offer the opportunity to ask any initial questions. This will not be considered our parent meeting but more of a meet and greet.
